Who's behind it
OnTools AI is run by Dale Ingvarson, a sole trader in Perth, WA (ABN 20 765 627 014).
Dale built it because tradies lose jobs when they can't get to the phone. You're on the tools, up a ladder or it's after hours, and a caller who gets voicemail often rings someone else.
OnTools AI answers those calls for you, takes the details and emails them through, so you can ring back when you're free.

What it does
- Answers the calls you divert to it, 24/7, in a natural Australian voice

Privacy and call recording
Every call starts by telling the caller they're speaking with an AI assistant and that the call is recorded.
Call details, recordings and transcripts are handled by established providers. They're used only to run your service and send your summaries. We don't sell caller data.
